  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill or dried dill
  • 4 pocketless pitas
  • 1 cup spring mix lettuce
  • 2 cups Schnucks rotisserie chicken, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese


  1. In a small bowl stir together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and dill.
  2. Evenly top each pita with spring mix, chicken, cucumber, olives, onion, feta and yogurt mixture.
