- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 tsp. fresh dill or dried dill
- 4 pocketless pitas
- 1 cup spring mix lettuce
- 2 cups Schnucks rotisserie chicken, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and dill.
- Evenly top each pita with spring mix, chicken, cucumber, olives, onion, feta and yogurt mixture.
