Gooey Butter Cake S’Mores

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. pkg. Schnucks gooey butter cake
  • 8 chocolate bars
  • 1 pkg. graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Cut gooey butter cake into 16 squares.
  2. For each s'more, place one square onto a roasting fork and lightly toast over the fire.
  3. Carefully sandwich each gooey butter square, along with half of a chocolate bar, between two graham cracker squares and enjoy.

Air Fryer Instructions

  1. Cut gooey butter cake into 16 squares.
  2. For each s’more, place one graham cracker square in the basket and top with a gooey butter cake square.
  3. Close air fryer and cook at 350°F for 4 minutes.
  4. Once done, add a piece of chocolate and graham cracker square to top and let sit for 1 minutes, allowing the chocolate to melt.
