Gooey Butter Cake S’Mores
Skip the marshmallow. This s’more is St. Louis style.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. pkg. Schnucks gooey butter cake
- 8 chocolate bars
- 1 pkg. graham crackers
Instructions
- Cut gooey butter cake into 16 squares.
- For each s'more, place one square onto a roasting fork and lightly toast over the fire.
- Carefully sandwich each gooey butter square, along with half of a chocolate bar, between two graham cracker squares and enjoy.
Air Fryer Instructions
- Cut gooey butter cake into 16 squares.
- For each s’more, place one graham cracker square in the basket and top with a gooey butter cake square.
- Close air fryer and cook at 350°F for 4 minutes.
- Once done, add a piece of chocolate and graham cracker square to top and let sit for 1 minutes, allowing the chocolate to melt.
