Glazed Spiral-Sliced Ham with Peach Glaze

Ingredients
- 10-12 lb. Schnucks spiral-sliced ham
Peach Glaze
- 1 (18 oz.) jar peach preserves
- 1 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Schnucks yellow mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir in all glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer, 5–6 minutes, then reduce heat to low to keep warm.
- Lightly coat a roasting pan with cooking spray. Arrange ham on pan, brush with enough glaze to coat, about one-fifth, and tent loosely with foil. Bake, basting with glaze every 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 2 hours. Remove ham from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
