Ingredients

  • 1 (15.5 oz.) can Full Circle garbanzo beans
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks salt-free garlic herb seasoning
  • 2 tsp. canola oil
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a rimmed sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Rinse chickpeas and pat dry with kitchen towels. In a medium bowl, toss together chickpeas with ingredients. Season with salt, if desired.
  3. Spread in a single layer on prepared pan; cook until crispy and golden brown, 20–30 minutes. Store at room temperature in a paper towel-lined airtight container up to one week.
