Fizzy Sangria Mocktail
This mocktail is sweet, fruity, spicy and bubbly. Thanks to the pomegranate and orange juices, cinnamon and cloves, it’s refreshing, light and delicious.

Ingredients
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 grapefruits, sliced
- 1 cup fresh whole cranberries, plus more for garnish
- 2 cups Full Circle pomegranate juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 (12 oz.) cans Schnucks grapefruit sparkling water
- 8 star anises, whole
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange orange and grapefruit slices and cranberries on a sheet pan; cranberries burst and caramelize 30–40 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, bring pomegranate juice, orange juice, cloves and cinnamon stick to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in fruit slices. Chill, covered, at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Discarding cinnamon stick and cloves, fill eight 8-ounce glasses halfway with pomegranate-juice mixture. Top with sparkling water and ice cubes. Serve garnished with cranberries and, if desired, additional orange slices.
