- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 English cucumbers, cut into 1/8-inch-thick slices
- 4 tsp. dried dill
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper. Add cucumber and dill; toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes or up to overnight to allow flavors to blend. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
