Crunchy Slaw with Creamy Lime Dressing

Ingredients
Dressing
- 4 limes
- 1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Slaw
- 1 pkg. coleslaw mix
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 (15 oz) can of corn, drained
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh basil
- 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Prepare Dressing: From limes, squeeze two tablespoons of juice.
- In small bowl, whisk garlic, mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, sugar, salt and freshly squeezed lime juice.
- Prepare Slaw: In large bowl, toss coleslaw mix, chopped onion, drained corn, chopped bell pepper, basil and cilantro.
- Pour dressing over slaw mixture and toss until well combined. Let stand at least ten minutes or cover and refrigerate up to twelve hours before serving.
