Crispy Panko Chicken With Roasted Green Beans
This one-pan meal delivers satisfying crunch thanks to Panko-crusted chicken served alongside delightfully roasted green beans and onions.

Ingredients
- 2 cups thinly sliced yellow onion
- 1 1/2 lb. green beans
- 8 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil, divided
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks dried thyme leaves, divided
- 1 1/2 lb. Schnucks boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tbsp. Schnucks Italian-style panko bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a sheet pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss together onion, green beans, garlic, mustard, 1 teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon thyme. Spread evenly on prepared sheet pan.
- In same bowl, toss together chicken and panko with remaining oil and thyme. Transfer to sheet pan with vegetables and, if desired, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake until chicken’s internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, 35–40 minutes. Serve immediately.
