Crispy Gnocchi With Spinach and Feta

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 (17.6 oz.) pkg. potato gnocchi
- 3 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 cup Schnucks heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. Schnucks Italian seasoning
- 1 (5 oz.) container fresh spinach (about 5 cups)
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add gnocchi; cook, stirring occasionally, until golden and crisp, 6–8 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant, about one minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer until sauce has thickened, 1–2 minutes. Stir in spinach until wilted, about one minute. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve topped with feta.
