Ingredients
- 4 cups Schnucks fresh riced cauliflower
- 12 oz. crab meat (real or imitation)
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks less-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Full Circle sesame seeds
Instructions
- Divide riced cauliflower among 4 bowls. Top with crab meat, avocado and cucumber. Drizzle with soy sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
Chef Tip: Take it up a notch by topping this dish with wasabi, pickled ginger or a drizzle of spicy mayo (4 tbsp. mayo and 1 tbsp. sriracha).
