Brussels and Butternut Pizza
This sweet and savory pizza is loaded with the flavors of fall, featuring roasted Brussels sprouts and butternut squash on a perfectly crispy crust.

Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) Schnucks ultra thin pizza crust
- 1 cup butternut squash, diced
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, halved (or quartered if large)
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1/3 cup Schnucks no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1/4 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. goat cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spread squash and Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan. Drizzle with oil and, if desired, season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender, about 20 minutes.
- Spread tomato sauce on crust and top with squash mixture, red onion and goat cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 6–8 minutes. Serve immediately and, if desired, with additional goat cheese.
