Brioche BLT
This recipe elevates the traditional BLT with rich, slightly sweet brioche bread, crunchy cabbage and lightly spicy Dynamite Drizzle. Serve this dish when you want to add a touch of indulgence to your brunch gathering or a lunch event.

Ingredients
- 2 slices brioche bread
- 4 slices Schnucks center-cut bacon
- 1/2 cup rainbow cabbage
- 2 slices beefsteak tomato
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Dynamite Drizzle (see notes)
- 1 green onion, diced
Instructions
- On a cutting board, thickly slice tomatoes with a serrated knife and, if desired, season with salt and pepper.
- In a large, heavy-bottom skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Working in batches as needed, arrange bread in skillet and toast 1 side only until golden brown, 5–8 minutes. Transfer to a cutting board.
- Spread untoasted sides with mayo. Top 4 slices with lettuce, 2–3 slices tomato and 3–4 slices bacon. Top with remaining bread, mayo sides down. Cut sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
