BBQ Pulled Chicken Sliders with Simple Slaw

Ingredients

  • 12 King’s Hawaiian Original Rolls
  • 16 oz. Schnucks pulled rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup Schnucks St. Louis BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Fire Hive Sauce (see notes)
  • 2 cups coleslaw blend
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Schnucks roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. On a cutting board, slice rolls in half. In a large bowl, toss together chicken with BBQ sauce until coated.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together cider vinegar and Five Hive Sauce. Add coleslaw, green onion, sunflower seeds and parsley; toss to combine.
  3. Scoop chicken and coleslaw mixture onto roll bottoms, then add roll tops. Serve cold immediately.
