- 1 whole wheat bagel, split
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 1/4 cup light cream cheese
- 2 oz. sliced turkey breast
Instructions
- Spread both bagel halves with light cream cheese.
- Top with turkey breast, avocado and hard-boiled egg. Sprinkle with black pepper and kosher salt.
- Serve open-faced.
