Air-Fried BBQ Chicken Thighs
Glaze chicken thighs with a sweet apricot jam for tender, juicy Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs. Serve Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs along with steamed green beans.
2 Serving(s)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
- 2 tbsp. Kraft Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken thighs
Instructions
- Mix jam, barbecue sauce and garlic powder in large bowl until blended. Stir in onions. Add chicken; turn to evenly coat.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 5 minutes.
- Place chicken in single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Air-fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping half way through.
- After the first flip, spoon some of the remaining sauce from the bowl over the chicken thighs in the air fryer to ensure they stay moist and flavorful. Continue cooking until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. This helps the juices redistribute, keeping the chicken tender.
