Hone in on your knife skills in this class where we focus on how to properly use the most utilized knives in the kitchen: the Chef's knife, Paring knife and Boning knife. Julienne veggies for your personal Pizza, debone chicken and supreme oranges for Citrus Grilled Chicken Salad and slice and dice apples for a delicious Apple Crisp! Wine is served with dinner.
