Guided by a narrative of old-vine artistry and organic craftsmanship, the evening commences with a vibrant greeter pour of the 2024 Grüner Veltliner—sourced from a rare two acres on the mountain—offering a creamy yet refreshing preview of the terroir's potential. Guests will then transition through a series of impeccably paired chapters, exploring the flinty, limestone-inflected 2023 "Blanc Slate" Sauvignon Blanc, followed by a deeper dive into the estate’s hallmark red fruit with the plush, approachable 2019 "Counterpoint" Cabernet Sauvignon. The crescendo of the experience scales the peak of high-altitude viticulture, juxtaposing the powerhouse, highly concentrated 2019 flagship Estate Cabernet Sauvignon against a rare library offering of the beautifully matured 2012 Estate vintage, showcasing how patient cellaring transforms fierce mountain tannins into pure, silken elegance.
