You’ll learn to press and sear masa until it’s pillowy and warm, providing the ultimate canvas for our diverse lineup of fillings. From the smoky, shredded heights of Chicken Tinga to the deeply savory, earthy "Forest Floor" mushroom blend, you’ll master the balance of spice, acid, and texture that defines world-class street food. The adventure continues as we tackle the heavy hitters of the taqueria: the bold, citrus-marinated Carne Asada and the iconic, pineapple-topped Al Pastor. You’ll learn the secrets of traditional marinades and high-heat searing that lock in that signature charred flavor. To round out the evening, you’ll cool down your palate by assembling a decadent Tres Leches Cake, soaking light sponge in a rich three-milk syrup for a dessert that is as refreshing as it is indulgent.
