Join us for an immersive culinary journey through two of Napa Valley’s most iconic estates. This exclusive wine dinner celebrates the diverse terroir of the region—from the fog-swept, wind-cooled vineyards of Starmont in Carneros to the historic, sun-drenched prestige of Merryvale in St. Helena. Throughout the evening, we will explore the "Art of the Blend" and the "Purity of Place." We begin with the vibrant, crystalline whites and elegant Pinot Noirs of Starmont—wines defined by their freshness and grace. As the sun sets on our menu, we transition to the bold, structured masterpieces of Merryvale, featuring their world-class Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each course has been meticulously crafted to echo the nuances of the glass: the bright citrus of a Carneros Chardonnay, the forest-floor aromatics of a cool-climate Pinot, and the decadent, velvety cocoa notes of a legendary Napa Red. To conclude, we will share a rare pour of the Merryvale Antigua, a solera-aged treasure that serves as a liquid testament to decades of winemaking history.
