Chef Nancy has curated a fantastic menu from local legends to create the ultimate St. Louis dinner: The classic "Bambino’s Salad" from Bambino’s Restaurant and Bar Highway 61 Roadhouse: Corn Soufflé with Honey Butter Straight from the heart of Webster Groves, learn the secret to this airy, sweet-and-savory side dish served with whipped honey butter. Jimmy’s on the Park: Oatmeal Crusted Chicken Recreate this legendary Clayton staple. You’ll master the perfect crunch of the toasted oat crust while keeping the chicken tender and juicy. Schlafly Tap Room: Sticky Toffee Pudding with Caramel Sauce End the night on a high note with the city’s most famous dessert.
