He will personally guide us through the pairing, sharing insights and stories about how he crafts Redwood Empire's highly acclaimed American whiskeys, from their classic bourbon to their bold rye. Each custom-built course is designed to perfectly complement one of their incredible bottles, showcasing how a great whiskey elevates a meal.
