Your teen will hone their knife skills in this class where we focus on how to properly use the most utilized knives in the kitchen: the Chef's knife and Pairing knife. They will julienne veggies for their personal pizza, dice and chiffonade the ingredients for their salad and slice apples for a delicious and beautiful apple tart! Must be between 13 and 19 years old to attend this class.
