When making any condiment creation, be sure to taste as you go to find just the right amount of flavor. If your mixture is too thick, slowly add a little olive oil. If you mixture is too thin, try adding some dry spices to thicken it up. Lastly, if you have the time, it’s best to let your mixture sit in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight to help combine and intensify the flavor combos.
