Preserve Your Herbs
Don't let unused fresh herbs go to waste! Here's how to preserve your herbs for up to one year.
How to Preserve Your Herbs in the Freezer
- Remove leaves from stems and arrange in a single layer on a small baking sheet (stems can be discarded).
- Be sure to leave space between each leaf so that they donโt stick together.
- Freeze at least 2 hours (or overnight).
- Remove frozen herbs from tray and place into resealable freezer bags.
- Label each with the type of herb and date.
- Freeze up to one year.
