Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. KING'S HAWAIIAN® Original Sweet Roll, 12-pack
- 4 tbsp. softened butter
- 24 Grillo's pickle chips
- 1.5 lb. capicola ham (hot ham), sliced
- 3/4 lb. pepper jack cheese, sliced
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 jar spicy brown mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spread butter on the inside top and bottom of KING’S HAWIIAN® Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls and griddle till a light golden brown.
- Place 1 Grillo’s® Pickle Chip on each of the 24 rolls.
- Fold capicola ham slices in half and shingle till the bottom of both the 12 packs are covered from edge to edge.
- Top ham with pepper jack slices and cover with the top of the rolls.
- Mix melted butter, Worcestershire and onion powder together in a bowl.
- Brush top of rolls with butter mixture and bake in the oven till cheese has melted about 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut into individual sliders. Enjoy warm or cold.
- Serve 2 ounces of mustard into 8 ramekins.
- Dunk it!
