Spicy Thai Pork Burger

Ingredients
Burgers
- 1 tsp. Schnucks garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Schnucks dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. peanut butter powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lime, zested
- 1 lb. Farmland Ground Pork
Toppings
- 1/4 cup Schnucks real mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. sriracha sauce
- 1 mini cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, pickled
- 4 leaves butter lettuce
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 4 brioche buns
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients until well-combined.
- Divide ground pork into 4 ounce portions (4 patties total). Shape portions into balls and then gently press using the palms of your hands to flatten each into uniform patties.
- Coat a large large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium. Cook patties until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees, 4–6 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sriracha until well combined. Spread onto bun, then add cooked pork burgers and desired toppings. Serve immediately.
