Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn, husked
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Using a kitchen knife, carefully cut kernels from ears of corn.
- Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine.
