Shrimp Deviled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6 Schnucks eggs
- 1/4 cup Schnucks white vinegar
Filling
- 3 tbsp. Schnucks light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Schnucks sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks yellow mustard
- 1/8 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. Schnucks onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. Schnucks black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks lemon juice
- 12 Schnucks cooked shrimp, thawed if frozen
- 1 1/2 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
- In a medium pot, cover eggs with water and add vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Remove from heat, cover and let stand 12 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath and let cool completely. Peel and halve eggs. Transfer yolks to a medium bowl and thoroughly mash with a fork.
- In a medium bowl with mashed yolks, add mayonnaise, relish, mustard, garlic and onion powders, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Stir until thoroughly combined, then pipe or spoon into egg halves.
- Top with shrimp and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning
