Ombré-fied Fries

Ingredients
- 2 beets
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 3 parsnips
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Wash and peel the beets, sweet potatoes and parsnips.
- Cut vegetables into sticks the size of large french fries and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-15 minutes or until browned.
