Midnight Forest Beer Cocktail
Smooth Stella Midnight lager mixed with barrel-aged rum, crème de cacao, and dark cherry purée. Served over ice and garnished with chocolate shavings.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. cherry purée
- 1 fl oz. barrel-aged rum
- .5 fl oz. crème de cacao
- 4 fl oz. Stella Midnight Lager
- ice
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, cherry purée, rum and crème de cacao. Shake vigorously and pour into glass.
- Top with Stella Midnight Lager.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and cocktail cherry.
Create a cherry purée using either fresh pitted cherries or thawed frozen cherries. Place cherries in a food processor with simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar combined over heat until sugar dissolves) and lime juice to taste. Blend until smooth.
