Lemon Herb Marinade
This versatile marinade adds moisture and fresh flavor to any cut of meat. Plus, it tastes great with your favorite barbecue sauce!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
 - 1/4 cup Schnucks olive oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tbsp. lemon zest
 - 1 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
 - 1 tsp. thyme leaves, finely chopped
 - 1 tsp. Schnucks Dijon mustard
 - 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
 
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients.
 - Place marinade and meat in a sealed plastic bag and marinate in refrigerator up to 4 hours before grilling. Discard marinade after removing food.
