Homemade Waffles
You likely already have all the ingredients needed for these foolproof Homemade Waffles. Consider making them ahead of time, freezing and reheating in the oven whenever you need a quick breakfast.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Schnucks flour
- 2 tsp. Schnucks baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. Schnucks sugar
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup Schnucks low-fat milk
- 1/4 cup Schnucks unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Schnucks nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks pure vanilla extract
- Tropical Fruit Compote, for topping (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. In a large bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined (donโt overmix).
- Cook in a waffle iron according to manufacturer instructions. Serve immediately with desired toppings, such as Tropical Fruit Compote, syrup, powdered sugar or fruit.
