Hearty Chili


  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can Red Gold® Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Bush's® Kidney Chili Beans Mild
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Bush's® Pinto Chili Beans Mild
  • 1 tbsp. Louisiana® Hot Sauce
  • 1 lb. beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa powder
  • 6 oz. Wicked Minis™ Jalapeño Cheddar Oyster Crackers, to serve


  1. In a Dutch oven or large pot brown ground beef, onion and green bell pepper. Drain meat if desired.
  2. Add the salt, pepper, chili powder and cocoa: Stir to mix well.
  3. Add Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready, Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes, Red Gold® Crushed Tomatoes, Bush's® Kidney Chili Beans Mild, Bush's® Pinto Chili Beans Mild and Louisiana® Hot Sauce.
  4. Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with Wicked Minis™ Crushed Red Pepper Oyster Crackers.
