  • 10-12 lb. Schnucks spiral-sliced ham

Blackberry Jalapeño Glaze

  • 18 oz. seedless blackberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. jalapeño hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. Schnucks garlic powder


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, stir in all glaze ingredients. Bring to a simmer, 5–6 minutes, then reduce heat to low to keep warm.
  2. Lightly coat a roasting pan with cooking spray. Arrange ham on pan, brush with enough glaze to coat, about one-fifth, and tent loosely with foil. Bake, basting with glaze every 30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 2 hours. Remove ham from oven and brush with remaining glaze. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
