Ingredients
- 8 oz. goat cheese log
- 4 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp. Schnucks crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp. coarse salt
Instructions
- Score on top of a goat cheese log 6 times lengthwise, 1 inch apart, then crosswise 6 times.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, parsley, garlic, red pepper and salt.
- Pour over goat cheese and refrigerate about 30 minutes to let it absorb the flavors before serving.
