Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wings with Feta Cheese Ranch Dip

Ingredients

Garlic Parmesan Buffalo Wings

  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, divided
  • 2 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter

Feta Cheese Ranch Dip

  • 1 cup PRESIDENT® Feta Crumbles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place wire rack on baking sheet. Mix 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan, baking powder, onion powder and 1 teaspoon garlic powder until blended. Coat wings with baking powder mixture; place in single layer on wire rack.
  3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until wings are done, flipping after 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix PRESIDENT® Feta cheese, sour cream, buttermilk, chives, dill and remaining garlic powder until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. Melt butter with wing sauce in small saucepan over low heat; stir until blended. Add cooked wings to large bowl; pour sauce over wings and toss to coat. Top with remaining KRAFT Grated Parmesan.
  6. Serve wings with reserved PRESIDENT® Feta ranch dip.
