Dark Chocolate Banana Pops

Ingredients
- 6 large bananas
- 3/4 cup Lily's dark chocolate baking chips
- 1/4 cup Full Circle almond butter
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet that will fit your freezer with parchment paper.
- Peel bananas, slice into halves and insert a small popsicle stick into a flat end. Place each banana on prepared baking sheet and freeze for a minimum 2 hours.
- In a tall glass cup or jar, add chocolate and almond butter. Microwave, stirring every 20–30 seconds, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip frozen bananas into chocolate. Quickly sprinkle with 1 teaspoon each of almonds before chocolate cools.
- Return to freezer until chocolate hardens, about 5 minutes. Store in Ziploc bag up to 1 week in freezer.
