Ingredients
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Schnucks olive oil
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 8 oz. package coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely diced
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place wonton wrappers into 12 cups. Spray wrappers with cooking spray and bake for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool before filling.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, vinegar, oil, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Pour dressing over coleslaw mix and red bell pepper. Toss until coated. Place coleslaw into cups.
