  • 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored & diced
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
  • 1/4 cup pitted chopped dates
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Schnucks ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. honey Matzo crackers, for serving


  1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature until ready to serve with matzo crackers.
