Charoset & Matzo
This Charoset and Matzo recipe is perfect for a Passover feast or a simple appetizer. The relish is well-balanced between the sweet apples, crunchy walnuts and punchy cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 3 Honeycrisp apples, cored & diced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup pitted chopped dates
- 1 1/2 tsp. Schnucks ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. honey Matzo crackers, for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature until ready to serve with matzo crackers.
