Baked Pepper Jelly Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. softened Schnucks cream cheese
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 5 tbsp. Culinaria red pepper jelly
  • chopped chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, goat cheese, honey and salt with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
  2. Spread into an 8-inch round oven-safe dish and top with red pepper jelly.
  3. Bake in a 375 degree oven until warmed through and lightly toasted, about 7 minutes.
  4. Serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
