Ingredients
- 8 oz. softened Schnucks cream cheese
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 1/2 tbsp. Schnucks honey
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 tbsp. Culinaria red pepper jelly
- chopped chives, for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, goat cheese, honey and salt with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
- Spread into an 8-inch round oven-safe dish and top with red pepper jelly.
- Bake in a 375 degree oven until warmed through and lightly toasted, about 7 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with chopped chives.
