  • 2 red apples of choice
  • 1/2 cup Schnucks peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup jelly of choice


  1. Carefully cut apples, horizontally, into 1/2-inch slices. Remove core from each slice using a small cookie cutter.
  2. Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on half of the apple slices and spread 2 tablespoons jelly on the remaining slices.
  3. Top peanut butter slices with jelly slices.
