Apple Sammies

Ingredients
- 2 red apples of choice
- 1/2 cup Schnucks peanut butter
- 1/2 cup jelly of choice
Instructions
- Carefully cut apples, horizontally, into 1/2-inch slices. Remove core from each slice using a small cookie cutter.
- Spread 2 tablespoons peanut butter on half of the apple slices and spread 2 tablespoons jelly on the remaining slices.
- Top peanut butter slices with jelly slices.
