All American Crunchy Beef Tacos
All American Crunchy Beef Tacos are too irresistible to miss! Crunchy taco shells are filled with ground beef, lettuce, tomato and melted Chihuahua® Brand Quesadilla Cheese from V&V Supremo®.

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups V&V Supremo® shredded quesadilla cheese, divided
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. hot Mexican style chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 12 packaged crunchy taco shells
- 1/2 head of lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- taco sauce, to serve
- sour cream, to serve
Instructions
- In a small bowl; combine salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, chili powder and cumin. Stir until seasonings are well-mixed and set aside until needed.
- Preheat a skillet for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add spice blend, crumble beef with a spoon and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes covered.
- Continue to crumble beef occasionally while cooking until beef reaches an internal temperature of 155°F.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, add 2 cups V&V Supremo® shredded quesadilla cheese, and stir until cheese is melted. Cover and set aside until needed.
- Heat crunchy taco shells according to instructions on package.
- Fill crunchy taco shells with cheesy ground beef, lettuce and tomato.
- Serve All-American Crunchy Beef Tacos topped with remaining 1/4 cup cheese, your favorite taco sauce and sour cream.
