You'll braise tender short ribs to create a truly unforgettable bowl. Midwest Meat and Bean Chili: The quintessential comfort food. This class will teach you the perfect balance of savory meat, hearty beans, and a flavorful tomato base that’s perfect for topping with cheese and sour cream. White Chicken Chili: A lighter, yet equally satisfying, chili featuring tender chicken and creamy white beans simmered with a blend of warming spices. Beyond the Bowl No chili cook-off is complete without the perfect accompaniments. You'll also learn to prepare cast iron cornbread with a golden, crispy crust and tender interior. For those who love a fluffy side, we'll make classic buttermilk biscuits from scratch. And for the perfect sweet finish, you'll learn to bake gooey, irresistible Cinnabon cinnamon rolls—the ultimate indulgence after a savory meal.
