Cajun

- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. onion powder
- 1 tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tbsp. ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp. ground black pepper

No white pepper? No problem! Add an additional 1/2 tablespoon of black pepper instead. Or turn Cajun seasoning into Creole by going lighter on the peppers and adding more oregano, thyme, basil and rosemary.
