Corn and Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cans Schnucks no-salt-added corn
  • 1 can Schnucks no-salt-added black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup Schnucks pico de gallo
  • 1 medium red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 lime (zested and juiced, about 2 tbsp. juice)
  • 1 tbsp. Schnucks hot sauce

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, toss together all ingredients. Season with salt and black pepper, if desired. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour or up to 3 days. Serve cold.
